National Review ^ | June 2, 1016 | Ramesh Ponnuru

Say what you will about Donald Trump, but he has never lied to the families of dead servicemen. He has not committed himself to appointing to the Supreme Court left-wing justices who would protect a right to abortion found nowhere in the Constitution.

I read into the second paragraph, and stopped. Thank you NRO, it renews my pledge to not read anything from your worthless rag. I stopped last November, all together. I’m sure, I’m not the only one.

The cycle is now past the What’s Best for Conservatives stage. Trump won.

The bottom line choice is between the witch marxist crook in a pants suit and a man that wants to make America great again. Between a woman with no concepts beyond those of her schooling 40 years ago and a man who sees a future path to prosperity

The narrow conservative agendas must be advanced in the House and Senate

No it is not.

I have come to become suspicious of those that wear the mantel of CONSERVATIVE as if only they can determine the best qualifications for someone running for office.

Well this former conservative is off the plantation and I will never again allow others to dictate whom I will vote for.

This nation is currently divided into many competing camps, a pure conservative can not and will never be able to build a coalition under one person. Reason, the pure conservative can not compromise (or they stop being a pure conservative in the eyes of the faithful.)

Trump is not a conservative. I concede that. However in this election it is not really about Trump the man, or Trump the politician, it is Trump the voice for middle America.

At a time it is perfectly acceptable in the media to repeat the call for the genocide of white Americans (and don’t let them claim otherwise) Trump is the only one standing up and removing the veil and exposing the real face of the left.

So there is no “grim choice” for the right, Trump is he only option they have.

The real choice is for those that have voted their entire life for Democrats need to take a look at the party they have been supporting and ask themselves if this is the world they want for their children?

The “National Neo-Con Review” is going to join the “Weekly Neo-Con Standard” in the long list of extinct dead-tree journals. And any readership they have for their electronic editions will dwindle to nothing.

The only grim choice for these ‘conservatives’ is that they’ve been outed as NWO lackeys. So should they just switch party’s to being democrats now or attempt to keep up the charade a little longer,

“November’s Grim Choice for Conservatives”

Grim?

Trump is doing a far better job standing up to the press and the left, and pushing an conservative agenda, than any of these professional jokers ever managed.

The choice isn’t grim. There’s only one rational choice in 2016.

Nailed it by the second post. Bravo!

I just watched the first ten minutes of the Today Show.

The coverage amounted to:

First, Hillary, in her gracious voice, was shown, slamming Trump, saying he was not qualified to be president.

Then a voice over, saying that Hillary gave a fiery speech saying Trump was not qualified to be president.

Next, Trump University charges were referred to, by Today, along with all the lawsuits that Trump has been involved in for three decades; yes, they mentioned the last three decades.

Nothing was said about the criminal investigations involving Hillary over the emails, or people dying at Benghazi, or her lies about that, or about all the other scandals too numerous to mention.

Then another clip of Hillary very objectively stating that Trump was not qualified to be president. And, attacking Trump for attacking people, because, she said, Trump is always attacking people. Hillary never attacks people, at any time, of course.

Then a wrap up with Andrea Mitchell, saying that Hillary stated that Trump was not qualified to be president.

"they’ve been outed as NWO lackeys.

That is exactly how I see it too. NWO lackeys.

to add on:

I was with a relative...he was nervous about voting for Trump... (obviously the MSM narrative that Trump is bad is working on him a little bit)

I asked him- “SO WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE CURRENT PRESIDENT? “ we have put up with 8 years of this mess!

So really, think there is another choice-? -Hitlerly?
Green Party?- some RINO third party candidate?-

Trump may have faults-but he is not a Denny Hastert
or a Mitt Romney, or Mclame- the big issue to me-

Trump may have to fight a coalition of Demonrats and
Republicrats- (a vast majority ) and not be able to
force his America First agenda. And the Back stabbers of the NWO will bypass Trump to make America fall further-

Hope Trump will do what he has campaigned for-
I pray that he will start our way back to God.

It is impossible for a conservative to be pro-illegal immigration and pro-amnesty.

I’m conservative, and the National Review doesn’t speak for me. That magazine has drifted very far from William F. Buckley’s view of the world.

Is this as grim as having to vote for McCain and Romney?
