I won’t click on Rolling Stone anymore, but will add one of my absolute favorites from the 1950s:

Despite the problems, I like the Invaders too.
I like Quinn Martin shows in general.

The best episodes are Kryten learning to insult humans, or the cat needing a mate.

One that did not make the list from the 80s I think was a story about a giant space craft headed for a new earthlike planet. On the craft were dozens of chambers containing cryo frozen people and their cultural tools, history, etc.
Somehow one of the chambers is damaged and two men, Amish by culture are thawed and roam the ship for a couple of seasons. Don’t recall the name of the show, but I enjoyed watching it.

The Invaders was great...
if you remember part of the plot was the aliens made themselves to look like humans
And one episode sticks in my head. is there was an alien that was masquerading as is world famous black doctor...
And this othe black guy picked up that black doctor was an alien was a from a photograph because he noticed that the palms of the guy’s hands were also black ...not white like a real black person’s palms

Thank you. I never looked for it there. Looks like only a few episodes from the first season. I will watch.

Stargate SG-1 Where puppets boldly go where puppets had not gone before

especially the episode where they brought machine guns to the Roman Era....talk about a fantasy game-changer....
= = = = = = = = = =
Similar to ‘The Final Countdown’ a made for TV (FOX??) that had a Nuclear Carrier caught in a time warp and being set down in the Pacific Ocean on Dec 6 1941 where they get to ‘show off’ the Jets against the zeros and the decision to not interfere with history.
Interesting concept - especially for me who is not a Sci-Fi buff.
