(Vanity on ABC coverage) NBA attendees holding up Obama and Hillary posters

Watching the NBA finals and noticed that the fans, rather than holding up head shots on sticks of the players, are holding up Obama and Hillary head shots!

And Cleveland is down 1-3 to Golden State..so if those Hillary and Obama posters are signs of bad karma they got it in spades

I’m not watching the game, but I’m fairly certain that this is a fan thing to try to distract the players, not a political statement. I’ve seen the kids around here bring head shots of politicians and everyone else under the sun to games before. Just a current trend.

Very interesting chart. Thanks. MLB on the upper right. Phew. Great.

The “thug” league has fans holding up posters of thugs. Anyone surprised?

We have to face facts, NBA and ESPN faggots are dumbocrat ideologists.

So what?

The media is trying to discourage patriotic, life defending conservatives with incessant evil drivel like this.

My advice: ignore it.

Thank you but I took that advice 20 25 years ago. See my earlier post in this thread.

I saw a glimpse, and what you describe was how it looked to me. If I'm not mistaken, a few of the "heads" were even upside-down--probably more from the effect of the waving around than from any deliberate message or disrespect.

In the $1000 seats?
Or are they part of the Obamaphone and Sporting Event package.

At one point a shirtless Trump protestor ran onto the court and was tackled and taken away (had Trump Sucks written on his chest). ABC cameras did not show him. The RNC will take place in that building.

I'm not a big sports fan. If I'm out somewhere having a drink I can stand baseball. I like a couple of teams because of personal associations. But if I were pressed to 'root' for one team, it would be the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Why? My great grandfather played for them in the 1880s. I've seen baseball cards with his picture on them, that came in tobacco packages, back in those days.

The Pirates were the Pittsburgh Alleghenies from 1887 until 1891. They “stole” a player from the Phila. Athletics and were renamed the Pirates. Odd because the Steelers were originally called the Pirates but later changed their name. That old bb card would be worth serious money.

No offense to whoever put together that chart...but if they think pro wrestling is that far to the “Democrat skew,” then they’ve not been to Tennessee, Kentucky, or the southern half of Indiana in the last 30 years.

Gee, this graph reflecting the NBA's total Dem skew is shocking! (NOT)

Are they holding up, 'Trump is Hitler!' signs yet?

This is, after all, Cleveland.

Which reminds me -- did the geniuses running the RNC choose Cleveland for the GOP convention only because Camden, NJ was unavailable?
