Disney Pixars upcoming Finding Nemo sequel features a transgender stingray, lead voice actress Ellen DeGeneres says.
Theres a stingray thats becoming sting-Rhonda, so theres a trans sting in the movie, Ms. DeGeneres said in an interview with USA Today.
Thats not the only nod to the LGBT community being speculated upon in Finding Dory, a spinoff of the 2003 underwater odyssey, which opens in theaters Friday.
Fans spotted what appears to be a lesbian couple in one of the movies trailers. Director Andrew Stanton would not confirm the rumor to USA Today, but said there is no right or wrong answer about the sexual orientation of the couple.

Animals are a strange breed. Dogs lick butts. There’s all kinds of sexual strangeness among animals. Humans came from animals and inherited some strangeness.
Walt’s been spinning in his grave for decades now.
Oh, for the good old days of the Walt Disney.
Thanks for letting us know!
I guess I will skip the IMAX 3D viewing I was planning and spend my $60 elsewhere.
Poor Walt... From what I’ve read about him, he was a conservative. Sad his great name has to be attached to DeGenerate projects like this...
Sting-Rhoda, LOL!
“Humans came from animals ...”
Maybe your ancestors did. Mine were divinely created.
More on topic, that is one movie that I would discourage anyone from seeing. Kids don’t need to see that homo poison.
“Humans came from animals and inherited some strangeness.”
Worse: Humans chose sin.
You gotta admit this is rather clever. Take an animal’s name, moreover one with a male’s name as the prefix, and spin a movie. Sick but clever.
So what?
Is this ‘ellen’ attempting to drive box office receipts with this announcement?
Is this an attempt to kiss the behinds of the less than .03% of queer America?
Another reason that Hollywood might get nuked, and fly-over country would have a party.
My 8-year old daughter will want to see it. I’ll have to drag my wife to see it and see what the fuss is. Most of the time it’s nothing. I hate to see the dang thing twice but I guess that will happen.
Hollywood has been working various iterations of homosexuality into everything they produce nowadays. It started after "Silence of the Lambs" when the Homosexual community of Hollywood shrieked in outrage over how the Homosexual was portrayed as a sick twisted serial killer who murdered women for their skin so he could make a "woman suit" to crawl into.
Since then, Hollywood created a "Homosexual censorship board" which would review scripts and ban any that contained unflattering views of homosexuality. The board went from approving scripts to soliciting Pro-Homosexual scripts, and now the entire industry is bent on churning out these "Homosexuals are normal" puff piece scripts for movies and television shows.
Last year I saw a study that concluded out of 124 television shows on the air when the study was conducted, 85 of them feature either homosexual characters, or homosexual actors as a prominent part of the show.
64% representation for 1.8% of the population?
And yes, it has had an impact on the public's perception of homosexuality. A majority of the public now believes homosexuals make up 25% of the US Population.
Walt is spinning fast enough that the parks have harnessed him and are using him to power the rides.

Should have done an eel instead of a sting ray, so first it can be cucumber shaped, then at the end it could be in the shape of an onion ring
They have to put SEX into everything. And what do kids see... on TV, on the Radio, hear in music.. SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX. And then a little boy kisses a little girl and he’s expelled from school. We have a generation of lost boys who don’t know who they are or what they are supposed to do. It’s criminal what we have allowed to happen.
I let my kids watch many Disney movies and usually regret it because I have to follow with a discussion to counter the subtle and blatant propaganda in them.
Brother Bear and Frozen were awful and it would have been better if they had never seen them. Tangled was good so all Disney is not off limits.
I recently saw an old Flintstones episode with Barney and Fred dressing as women. It used to be just comedy without political agenda.
There was also a very UN PC episode with crazed sword wielding rag heads. It was funny.
It's the political agendas that make these episodes a tragedy in todays USA. This attempts are to make it normal, not funny. IT IS NIETHER!
All of the mixed animal couples in the cartoons are pushing the ‘non-traditional, accept every kind of love’ agenda. In Madagascar, the giraffe loves the hippo. In Disney’s ripoff of Madagascar, The Wild, a squirrel loves the giraffe. The Penguins of Madagascar has a penguin that loves a doll. The third Open Season has the duck guys married to the girl skunks. All to push ‘acceptance’ of alternative lifestyles. That is the hidden agenda. Oh, and Shrek had a donkey and a dragon pair.
Yeah, well Nemo’s a rock-ribbed Republican. He told me so.
So there.
Actually, some fish (wrasses) do switch sex as they mature.
