Her teleprompter back then might have actually been directing her to laugh, by saying something like "Ha! Ha! Ha! Har-di-har-har!", and she mistook it to mean barking.

My Dad was in the Idaho National Guard back in the late ‘60s. He told me of two different incidents regarding the Governor visiting/talking to the troops. One was that he wanted to welcome and thank all the members of the Idaho Natural Guard, and the other that he was reading a speech, and at a particular moment, read the words “pause for impact” as part of his speech.

‘Hillary needs to get her some sleep!’

I recently saw a pic of Hitlery with bags under her eyes big enuff to haul bowling balls in, a knot on the left side of her forehead and what looked a swollen place on her left cheekbone. What I liked best was her mouth was sagging open. In my drinking days I would have had to have been on a week long drunk and got in a fist fight to look that bad. Smartest woman in the world looks like a druggie and a drunk. Huma earns every penny the Mooselimb Brotherhood pays her.
