He did not want to talk on camera Monday, but said he pulled the ambulance over for good reasons, though he would not say what those reasons were.

My mother was raised in Breathitt County. The little town she is from was called 'Beaver Dam.' My brother was born in Jackson. It was a dry county. But you could get moonshine if you knew the right people. The river across the road from my grandmother's house was named Troublesome Creek. Rope bridges were popular. Remember the bridge scene in Romancing The Stone?
