Got a call today again from “Ted Cruz.”
Wants $$$ for his senate campaign. Asked if he supported Trump.
“No information at this time.”
Told them that if Cruz doesn’t support Trump, I don’t support Cruz. Period.
So all Convention Chair Paul Ryan has to do is call a voice vote, and announce that his side wins.
The Vichy Republicans will be made extinct.

Perhaps I can explain that.
I think most fundraising makes use of robo-calling equipment. The system dials several numbers and connects the caller to whoever answers first. The other calls just get abandoned.
I have been making a mistake in handling just those calls. I have been connecting and then immediately disconnecting without comment. In that case, many people like you, who answered more slowly, would just get no response.
This morning I changed my response. I answered the call and explained how I have no intention of sending Cruz any MORE money and I regret having sent him any given his failure to support Trump in defeating Hillary.
The lady on the line listened patiently and I asked her whether she wasn't getting a lot of angry responses like mine. She said she was and that some were ten times worse.
I asked the lady to pass on to Cruz my intense ANGER at how he is acting and that I am ashamed to have ever supported him. I intend to answer future calls in the same way.
Actually, Lee Harvey Oswald did that...
