We should be a bit careful on this.
As I understand it the markings that were found by the FBI were, according to Comey’s testimony, “Portion Markings”. Portion Markings are not the BIG BOLD classification markings that are included on the top and bottom of documents that are titled, for example: TOP SECRET/SCI.
Portion Markings are, instead, the little (U), (C), (S), (TS) or (TS/SCI) markings that are on every paragraph of classified documents. In this case the only ones that Comey claims were found were marked (C) indicating that the paragraph in question was considered CONFIDENTIAL.
This is not to excuse the oversight since the document in question would not have been marked as such unless it was indeed classified and that somewhere in the Government system the proper Page Level Marking were there. I suspect either Hillary or one her henchmen (are there henchwomen?) simply did a cut and paste from a classified document.
And, further, it is not to excuse the fact that some of the emails were classified at the TOP SECRET/SCI (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information) even if they bore no markings.
Hillary would be in jail for life if she were you or me.

Which, TECHNICALLY, is correct. ***NOTHING** is marked “Classified”. It’s marked “FOUO”, “Confidential”, “Secret”, or “Top Secret”.

Yeah, they threaten a lot. Apparently just hoping to score points with us. But when have they ever shown any real backbone? When have they actually followed through on a “threat” to take action? Even rarer, when have they actually done this well enough to succeed? Sorry, GOPe are a bunch of toothless pussies IMHO deserving nearly as much scorn as the ‘rats.
So Comey says Hillary didn’t lie to the FBI. She lies to everyone, so that is hard to believe, Scooter Libby was jailed for giving an incorrect date in his testimony to Congress investigating the Valerie Plame hoax. Why are Democrat officials exempt from laws that Republicans must obey?
She perjured herself but she didn’t REALLY perjure herself because she was not under oath. No recordings, no transcripts and she was questioned by Comey’s underlings so that Comey couldn’t be blamed for anything. So both Hillary and Comey are off the hook. And why wasn’t she questioned moths ago rather than days before the case was rapped up?
The Republicans can keep emphasizing the words from Comey’s mouth “careless” “very careless” “reckless”. That doesn’t sound like a woman who is the most qualified for the office of President. Trump has done an ad for internet I hope he makes it into a tv ad.
