Asians, especially Chinese do crap like this. Years ago at New Mexico Tech they had a problem with the Chinese graduate students helping themselves to the ducks in the ponds on the golf course.

Around 1960 I watched a Black Man being pursued by two cops near Lake Defuniak. He was walking funny and had something large under his coat.
It turned out it was a duck. If it had been up to me, I would have let him keep it.
