"We denounce arbitrary interference by Federal authorities in local affairs as a violation of the Constitution of the United States and a crime against free institutions, and we especially object to government by injunction as a new and highly dangerous form of oppression by which Federal judges in contempt of the laws of the states and rights of citizens, become at once legislators, judges and executioners..." The Progressive agenda of government interference began with Teddy Roosevelt and was continued by Woodrow Wilson.

The Harding/Coolidge Administrations reversed the course for 8 years but Hoover re-ignited the leftward movement and FDR’s 16 year regime successfully installed the leftist mindset into the very foundation of the Federal system.

Of course this was back in the days when Americans understood the value of their freedom and the threat the feds could be to their freedom. All this Trump Movement is good as far as it goes, but it doesn't go far enough. Not enough voices clamoring and fighting for freedom and the constitutional limitations on the mostly unconstitutional federal government. If we are to get anywhere, those voice need to be raised sooner than later.

Good political summary since 1900.

Relentless move to the Left (socialist and unconstitutional power assimilated by the feds) with two breaks in the action: 1) Cool Cal 2) Ronald Reagan and the Reagan Revolution. Both were mere speed bumps on the Road to Serfdom because each only lasted eight years.

This Trump Movement must be more than an eight-year speed bump or America is finished. 2024 is a very big deal right now and we should be thinking of what it will take to get someone, preferably an “outsider”, in there in 2024 who will finish the job by dismantling 80%+ of the mostly unconstitutional $4 trillion federal beast.
