That dude did a show on alligator gars in Louisiana swamps.
Made out like it was some killer fish and he was in dangerous company when he was in amongst a ‘nest’ of them!
I haven’t watched another show of his since. What a crock!................

The Asian carp were introduced to control vegetation in the water. We were assured the were “triploid” and thus unable to breed. They would just clean everything up and then die without ever reproducing.
Someone forgot to tell the fish they couldn’t reproduce.
One more example of introduced species causing unintended consequences.
