A humble question

I have to ask the question.

When all is said and done, and the dust settles and Trump is safely sitting in the White House, will he be able to take all the mounds of evidence from the DNC leaks, and have his Justice Department, run by Rudy or some other tough as nails prosecutor, investigate and literally track down and rout out the corrupt conspiracy of the left that is the DNC, the media, the Soros foundations and their various incarnations, BLM and the Clinton Foundation on RICO statutes?

We've seen the Tides foundation, the Clinton Foundation and several others acting in cahoots and in an illegal fashion. Is it finally time that a new US age of justice could arise?

Oh, but it does. Like yelling fire in a theater when there is none. A private citizen may say whatever he pleases, up to a point, and be protected by the First Amendment. A propagandist masquerading as a journalist can and should be held to account. If nothing else the leaked Rat emails demonstrate collusion to misrepresent facts and should not be protected in legitimate media.

And if no such crime exists let them spend $50,000 hiring lawyers to make the case.

No, because the Big Zero would have given out federal presidential pardons on his next to the last day in office prior to handing things over to Trump.

Oh, but it does.

OK, cite me the statute that makes "impersonating a journalist" a crime.

He can take a stab at it. Meantime, there are some positive
steps he can take; and I think he knows what steps to take.

He is my age - 70 yrs. old. When you reach that age; you
learn to number your days and to tell yourself the TRUTH.
After 8 years or longer of Obama’s lies, the TRUTH would be
a welcome step in the right direction.

Anyone who sells a product that, after the sale, can be found to be substantially NOT what was agreed to can be prosecuted for fraud. Why is someone impersonating a journalist exempt? Like I said, make them spend $50,000 making the case. In fact fraud involving “wire communication” is even more severe, as I recall and fraud across state lines as well.

And don’t tell me you aren’t ready to go there, yet. You had best gird your loins because this IS war and you had best get ready for much worse than this. In fact, what I am proposing is an attempt to avoid war.
