And I would say the controlled substance act, where an agency can make law, just like the clean water and the EPA and numerous other regulatory agencies, are wrong. It is an end run around the constitution. It makes government way too powerful and unpredictable.
One thing I am certain of: if Trump wins, Congress will rediscover their role as a check and balance on executive power, regardless of which party has control. Suddenly these Obama enablers will become rock-ribbed obstructionists aligned to stop Trump. I am certain of it, he will have to fight both parties to get anything done.
But you know what? It's good for the republic to restore seperation of powers instead of a lapdog legislature for Clinton (as it was for Obama) so for me, it's one more reason to vote Trump.
Reschedule? From 420 to 513? You know, like wiping her hard drive with a cloth...
