The candidate's health when running for POTUS, especially when there is strong evidence that that person's health is extremely poor, is fair game ever since the lefty media harped about Reagan's age.
As one who suffered through the years of the "arkansas mafia" (closer to the truth than the public wishes to admit) while William Jefferson Blythe [clinton] sold missile guidance technology to the chicoms, and he cavorted with interns and call girls, rented out the Lincoln Bedroom, etc., etc., etc. I can assure you that EVERYTHING CONCERNING THE CLINTONS IS "DISTASTEFUL". OK, I see it both ways now, and several posters are correct that the dems WOULD be going after this, if the tables were turned.
I remember when Clinton was mocked for eating fast food, jogging while looking anything but athletic, etc. I think he picked up voters with every personal attack. There are a lot more overweight wannabe runners in this country than fit athletes.
Non issue, the only thing it will do is bring out sympathy votes, best leave it be. We will all get there eventually.
Then I think we should focus on her medical problems not her underwear.
If you say “Look, she’s got cognitive problems that are degenerative” the voters should cringe and realize that she’s unfit.
If you say “Look, she’s wearing Depends!” it bypasses her serious health issues and focuses on a social stigrma re incontinence and some voters (older folks) are not going to feel just wearing Depends eliminates her from POTUS. It doesn’t effectively point to the serious illness. If anything, I think her campaign will prefer the Depends accusations because it is less damaging then pointing to brain damage and blood clots and falling down, loss of motor control.
Not so much..In fact even if this isn't a parody or something it will never see the light of day in the LSM. Sorry to say.

I hope going forward there is more focus on the defrauding of voters. Hillary is trying to con the public and she has all these people around her, and her own party members, all trying to con the public too. “Here! Vote for her because her ego needs this! We don’t care about what happens when her health fails we just need to manipulate you NOW.” We aren’t the only ones who have noticed her impaired condition. Her doctor said again that Hil is fit to serve.
When she has to bow out for health, I don’t want the public to “see who the Dems put up in her place.” I’d like the public to note “Hey you are fine lying through your teeth to eliminate Bernie for someone unfit to serve - if you put up a new candidate we’ll just be wondering what that one is hiding.”
Yeah...like her doctor whom America trusted to honestly report her health status.....
