You can watch Prime TV if you have Amazon Prime but it’s either with a computer/monitor or a streaming device connection to the internet.

My Amazon Fire TV interface is a small box behind my TV that is wirelessly interfaced to my wireless router for the internet modem and computer. It has a remote control that is an easy interface to control what you watch, etc., and it does the communication, streaming, buffering and video handling for output to a TV input.

The only way I know you can watch Prime without it or another device like it is to have an internet capable TV connected to the internet, or you output from your internet connected computer to the TV (you still have to control content with the computer or your TV manufacturer’s interface for that option which varies greatly).
