We had the GOP deciding things for quite a while. Meanwhile we continued with the mess of healthcare, we had in the country. Expensive, mess.

Obamacare was not the ultimate solution, but we sure hadn’t come up with one ourselves either.
Trump may. But it makes no sense to simply be anti-Obamacare if we are not meanwhile, presenting a solution. Because what Obamacare replaced was even worse in many cases.

Fox News reported that O’Bumbles and that ditz, Burwell, Obamacare Czarina,will meet tomorrow to discuss the Obamacare debacle. Knowing him, he will announce that instead of the federal government’s subsidy expiring next year, he will decree that subsidies will be paid till 2020, or some such distant date. Sure it will be illegal, but when has that stopped him? They can’t let Obamacare collapse before the election, as I’m sure Hillary told him in no uncertain terms. What a mess when the worthless university hacks think they are so brilliant that they know how to tell 330,000.000 of us how to run our lives, and of course, they fail….but never admit it.

Already pay $438 for the crap Bronze plan and have to pay another $6500 deductible. Only $12,000 for my care, such a deal.
More people need to dump this dependence and go to Health Shares. We love Liberty Health Share. Sure, you may have to fork out $ to see your doctor until deductibles are met, but that is true for your car insurance too. No one should pay for your troubles but you. It definitely makes you care about what tests cost, and treatments. And NO ONE IS USED TO THIS. My son needed an X Ray, and since I had to front the $, I asked how much the X Ray at the small hospital was going to cost. NO ONE HAD A CLUE. They made me call some headquarters somewhere and they couldn’t help. You need to know what your service will cost. Your plumber and contractor give you an estimate. WELL, IN THE MEDICAL WORLD, they don’t. They don’t have to. Patients don’t care. Thus patients are extremely wasteful. It’s smarter to pay for service with some catastrophic coverage. After the deductible is spent in that year (by any combo of family members), 100% of your costs are then covered by Liberty.
And the way it works is that no one can (right now) predict how ill you would get, so if you start paying for insurance at the age of 25, the % of those falling sick in each age-time-period can be predicted by actuaries.
Obamacare fails in that mainly the sick apply for insurance and the insurance companies are mandated to offer insurance only at a certain amount.
The next logical (And I know most people will hate this) step is a single-payer, meaning everyone has to start paying Insurance from age x, so a cut from a paycheck to pay the insurance. I'm not saying I like this, I'm just saying that this is the only way to make insurance for all work. Backing down from Obamacare would be politically difficult.
