Hey, in spite of close ties to Billary insider David Kendall (I think) NE has broken a lot of stories when others choose not to like Monica Lewinsky and the Edwards affair.
I am not saying this story is totally accurate, but I am saying that NE is no less reliable than 99% of the mainstream media.
Well for sure they’d poll test it as they do EVERYTHING they say or do.
About the closest I can get to crediting this is if she’s leaking it to create a lurid distraction from her metastasizing problems.

Given that Huma is Muslim; Hillary naming her as a lover would be an automatic death sentence for Huma.

I would say the odds of Hillary coming “out” are zero.
