‘I am concerned for Scott’s safety’
So was he. So he endorsed Hillary—and often reiterates, I’m with her—on his blog. He said he knows he has nothing to fear from Trump supporters, and now, having repeatedly endorsed Hillary, he has nothing to fear from her supporters either.
Scott is a bit (well more than a bit) of a satirist, remember.
This might have been said tongue in cheek as though he were projecting himself into the openly cynical persona of one of his Dilbert characters (such as the pointy haired boss).
