The victim is 19 years old and already has a 2 year old kid. I’m not imbued with confidence that she is the brightest bulb on the tree in the first place. Who could take up with this UGLY cur for a lover? Is she crazy or desperate? The authorities should drag this thing out by the neck and feed him through a woodchopper. Then air drop the blood and gristle over his home country.

She was 19 and he was 30. She is now 21 and he 32, and he was sentenced to 20 years. Probably out much sooner, even though the article says differently.

Scumbag did this too in front of her 2 year old son. I hope prison treats him in kind, and he never actually leaves.

This couldn’t have come out of the clear blue. Ladies, if there is violence, get out because it will get worse. Love isn’t a suicide pact. It may well happen more often in a Muslim marriage but plenty of violence happens in other relationships.

Relationships with meth involved are pretty violent too. That’s the case here in central west Oregon.

For me almost 40 years ago, it was an alcoholic. Took me a few bruises but not anything more horrid. Spent a lot of the years since in ministry to other ladies. Sadly I've seen a lot worse than happened to me, including one beautiful woman stabbed to death by her abuser two years after she'd gotten out of the relationship. She had remarried and he tracker her down, broke into her home while she and her husband were at work, waited, stabbed her to death and her new husband found her when he returned from work. That filth was a meth head.
