House Speaker Paul Ryan says the police-involved shootings in Charlotte and Tulsa, and the resulting violence in Charlotte, were “heartbreaking.”

“And this country has to find new ways of learning how to heal and understand all the different perspectives,” Ryan told CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

“Each of us have to get better perspectives, get outside of our comfort zones, understand what other people are thinking and saying and what they see, and then try and come up with common-ground solutions. And that’s, to me, the kind of healing that has to occur. And you’re not going to have that done in the fourth quarter of a presidential election. This is campaign season.” …

Paulie Nonuts is an idiot. He’s gone from Ayn Rand to Jack Kemp to Mittens Obomney to Oprah Winfrey.

So racist paul ryan is basically saying only white people are capable of looking at things through the eyes of the other person. He really is a white supremist.

Hey Paul Cry on.

Here is my comfort zone: I wish to be reasonably safe in my home and life from enemies foreign and domestic.

I wish to pay a reasonable amount of taxes to maintain a orderly and just society.

I wish to do my business free from harrassment on a fair and competitive basis.

I wish to be left alone by government regarding my personal choices about whom I wish to associate, which religion I wish to pursue, and which ideas I wish to vocalize.

Lastly, I wish to be free from hearing a holes like you telling me like it should be according to your beliefs.

We already know they’re thinking they want to kill us. They’ve told us that time and time again.

"And by each of us, I mean each of you. And by you, I mean white people who are not me. And by understand what other people are thinking I mean beg them for fogiveness for whatever imagined greivance they have. Because as a white person it's your fault"

So called ‘race relations’ have been skewed for a long, long time now. It is only if whites somehow acquiesce, kowtow and pretend that race doesn’t exist except it’s OK for race groups(i.e the Black Caucus, NAACP etc) to exist as long as they are not white that race relation are considered ‘good’.

If race truly doesn’t matter it is past time to do away with all political race groups and let the chips fall where they may.

Sorry, I don’t want to get out of my comfort zone.

I don’t want to visit a racial ghetto, sorry. I worry about my personal safety too much.

The fallacy in Paul's approach is telegraphed by the statement as to finding "new ways." We have thousands of years of historic experiences in a vast array of different cultures, in the interaction of very diverse people. The idea that there is some magical new way to improve the dynamics in intergroup relations, or in the methodology of police work, rather than seek out the best methods from those oceans of past experience, is fantasy.

It is the stuff of Jacobin, Marxist & similar revolutions. But the notion even when not pursued in a revolutionary sense, is counter-productive, in that it diverts attention from concepts that actually work.

“Common-ground solutions” . . . he talks like Jesse Jackson now. Kinda hard to find that in people who have been brainwashed (“Palestinian” style too) to believe you are the devil.

It’s consultant driven gobbledygook. Paul Ryan is the last one to get out of his beltway bubble. Look at the huge wall he built at his house.

The sad thing is it isn’t even Ryan’s approach. This is consultant “Third Way” garbage.

Recall a few months ago when Trump was winning with his populist message all of the sudden beltway types like Ryan and Sasse started tweeting photos of themselves wearing flannel in outdoorsmen type poses. It was hilarious.

Bottom line is the GOPe is not acting. They are reacting.

This guy sounds just like the ill ILLiary when she said after meeting with Black Loud Mouths that she would have to talk to "white people" to tell them they need to change their ways.

No mention that she would talk with the black, criminal thugs to get them to change their ways.

It helps to know what others think, but knowing WHY they think the way they do is more important. Especially when the “why” consists of many years exposure to lies and half-truths.
