"Mayor Giuliani, who said the international body was on the verge of becoming a laughingstock, began talking half-seriously about the fancy hotels and apartment buildings that could be built on the site if United Nations members carried through on their threats to leave.
Speaking to a group of reporters in his office, he said: "They are making a little bit of a joke out of the U.N. by threatening to take a parking violations case to the World Court. It was not put together by treaty to argue out special-interest parking situations for diplomats."
Instead of settling wars and resolving human rights violations, he said, the institution was "defining diplomacy down" by arguing about parking tickets.
Mr. Giuliani was no kinder to the State Department, which just last month, in a public ceremony, signed an agreement with the city to force diplomats to pay their parking tickets on the threat of removing their plates. With State Department officials now seeking to remove the teeth from that agreement, the Mayor accused them of cowering to overblown United Nations threats to leave the United States over the parking rules, and said the diplomats’ bluff should be called.
"If they’d like to leave New York over parking tickets, then we can find another use for that area of town," he said. "It happens to be just about the most valuable real estate in the world, not just in the United States. That is enormously valuable real estate, and with the vacancy rates that exist in the city of New York, can you imagine what we could do with that?"
In case anyone thought he was bluffing, he had city lawyers check the United Nations lease to determine who gets the riverfront property if the institution leaves town.
(Answer: the Federal Government could use it; if it did not want it, the city would have next crack.)..."
And now that we’re setting the precedent of suing nations for reparations with the 9-11/Saudi bill, they’ll be able to do that.
We’re handing a globalist court the power to redistribute wealth between nations with this veto override.
Things like this will be common and the money will flow where ever the globalists want it to go.

We are a sovereign nation and make our own laws (at least for now).
How about the Frog shut up and talk about what the French did in now Haiti and their other Caribbean possessions where over a 1 MM slaved were imported to work the sugar plantations. When Haiti got its independence France required a massive payment that might of played a role in crippling that country's development. How about France paying reparations to Haiti and its other former colonial possessions?
Reparations? Sure, I’d be for it - if:
1. Payment is a first class ticket, one way to the African country of their choice plus 10,000$
2. Recipient must renounce US citizenship before collecting the ticket, and then has 24 hours to leave the country. Renouncing citizen includes stopping any and all US government remittances.
3. Recipient and any future descendants can never return to the US
There’s hardly a nation or culture in history that did not get beaten up or hosed by another culture at least once. Africans are not a uniquely abused culture worthy of special consideration. And, factor in the value of a few hundred thousand white northern men who gave all for black freedom.

Actually there are blacks in the US today who have been slaves. They were enslaved in Africa and the Middle East by muslims. But they were either freed or had their freedom bought by charity groups. One that I know of escaped on his own after ten years and made his way to a refugee camp. He since has immigrated to the US (legally) and is now a citizen.
But there are none who were slaves under the law of the US Constitution.

Most Americans of African descent are descended from slaves brought here before 1776. The British, Dutch, French, Portuguese and Spanish should be paying reparations for transporting their ancestors to the New World against their will.
They are welcome to make the repartations themselves.
The eUNuchs should pay reparations to every descendant of every American killed during the Civil War.
