Fears are growing for a huge flock of birds which are believed to be trapped inside the eye of Hurricane Matthew. Pointing to a small green dot on a radar picture of the hurricane, Glenn Burns, a weather forecaster with Atlanta-based WSB-TV, said: 'We are actually seeing something very unusual.

YIKES....these birds are INSIDE. I thought they were outside and had a chance, but then I noticed “INSIDE” was in all caps of the article title and I was immediately filled with fear and dread for these birds. This is such a bad day. Whew, I am trembling.....they are INSIDE, ladies and gentleman. INSIDE!

The birds have a secret plan and they are not talking to reporters.
I’ve been in the eye of a hurricane... it’s peaceful calm and the air feels so fresh. The birds will stay away from the eye wall... they’ll probably be fine if they can stay up until the storm goes over land.

Where were the climate changers? Shouldn’t they have done something to prevent this? I blame the huge manatees.

The animal lovers needed something to virtue signal about, they aren’t use to being upstaged on Facebook by people who care about people...or worse, even offer prayers.
I always wondered how the African birds got here.
Birds never got caught in hurricanes before we started burning fossil fuels.
This likely has happened many times before. Our capacity to see such things with satellites and such is very recent. Years ago a ship’s crew caught in one of these reported seeing thousands of birds flying in the direction of the hurricane. I think I remember a poem with that as the subject way back when.
