These holier-than-thou Republicans should shut up and reflect that they are too often the same people that turn out to be adulturers, pedaphiles, and homosexuals. Trump was not a politician 11 years ago and he didn’t say anything that most males say. I bet this will help, not hurt him once the dust settles.

I sure don’t think it’s a good defense for Trump to say he’s not as bad as Bubba. The less he identifies with him, the better.
My gut feeling is he should apologize again, but he should not bring his family into it. The problem is, I think, he was uncommonly crude. I’ve known a lot of cads in my life, but I’ve never heard anyone say stuff like that
Probably, at the time, he was enjoying his billionaire playboy role and bragging about it. He likely wasn’t thinking at the time that this would come back to haunt him.
There’s no good excuse. I think he needs to change the subject to Hillary and her transgressions, which are much more serious than Trump’s.
