Serious, who still listens to Glenn Beck?

Posted on 10/11/2016 9:43:45 AM PDT by MNDude

I'm curious of the demographic of who still listens to Glenn Beck.

He used to speak Republican when they were much more united. After repeated betrayal by the establishment, millions of Republicans grew angry at the GOPe and began railing against them. Beck rode the anti-establishment wave preaching about how he was so much against the establishment.

Finally, the ultimate anti-establishment candidate appears, and Glenn Beck has used most of his entire radio show time to speak against Donald Trump, even to the point saying "voting for Hillary is a moral choice."

Today, I heard him on the radio for about 60 seconds saying "if Donald Trump is elected President, it will not only be the end of USA, but it will be the end of Western Civilization everywhere!"

I know there are some conservatives that don't like Trump, but I can't think of any who would advocate a Hillary Presidency! He's still on the air, so he must still have listeners...but who the heck are they?

The idiot hired Leon Wolf to help. Last ditch effort. His staff is in revolt.

I listen mostly for the laughs. Glenn Beck declared Herself to be “horrible”, yet he still believes The Donald to be even MORE “horrible”, since The Donald has somehow morphed into Slick.

I fail to see the chain of reasoning there, but in whatever alternate universe Glenn Beck lives, there must be some kind of logic connecting the two somewhat disparate concepts.

Glenn Beck was a burnout a long time ago.

Before there was Glenn Beck, there was Morton Downey Jr.

Now THERE was a fellow that made the little old ladies clutch at their pearls.

Medved has been a propagandist for the Cheap Labor Express for years.
Why do you still listen to someone trying to convince you to give up your country without a fight?
He has been telling his listeners we have no choice but to abandon the rule of law with amnesty for years.

The guy converted to Mormonism just a few years ago? Mormonism has it’s roots in masonry and esoteric occult nonsense. If one examines older buildings and even their modern day temples the architecture and the symbols are all masonic. Besides total delusion the drive for a false utopia is on a par with luciferian NWO desires for global hegemony that stands against and in direct opposition to Judeo-Christian beliefs and eschatology.

On the AM dial in Southern California,, we have the misfortune of having Mark Levin on KRLA and Glenn Beck on KEIB from 3 to 6 in the afternoon, when I often find myself on the road. Levin is also on the Patriot channel on Sirius Satellite Radio at that time. I can’t stand either one, so I usually listen to music or a book on CD.

I don’t know what exactly went on but after only seven months she quit OANN. Unfortunately, Glenn Beck threw money at her and she ran off to him.

I predicted Glenn Beck’s fall when he was still on Fox and started the regular Jesse Ventura conspiracies through a constant shower of tears. It was powerful the first and second time between the more serious conservative angles. And originally, he did a good job with facts and data and connecting dots to make strong conservative points. Then somewhere, he decided more drama was needed. And then more and more and more.... I think FOX got to him and told him he needed to dial it back to some semblance of sanity. But then, his ego was on a runaway train and he worked to launch The Blaze. There is no turning back.

This is a bit off topic....

Consider a country where ALL the debate about the politics in the US was ONLY about the competing opinions of “Tea Party” conservatives, GOP Elite and whatever Glenn Beck is (Libertarians). Imagine if the “Far Left” was the GOP Elite and we were fighting between those goal posts. THAT’s where the country once was. Now maybe that “once upon a time” was during the founding and ratification of the Constitution. But that is the sort of debate and adversarial politics that should be happening in THIS country.

I heard him say the same thing -at which point, I turned off the radio.
Rarely listen at all.

I am actually very worried about him, and have been for quite a while.

That’s a great idea. I do not listen to him either. I will be calling Sirius also. He needs to be taken off the channel called patriot. Because he clearly is not a patriot. Maybe we can make a difference from a phone call.

"voting for Hillary is a moral choice."

Yeah, I saw this today, and I just shook my head. For one thing:

"Hillary is a moral choice"????? Really?

I think that if you wanted to make a case, that would hold up in any court of law, for someone to be declared legally insane --- that statement would be it.

He has officially gone off the cliff. Now, I know that a lot of fellow Freepers would tell me he went off the cliff a long time ago; but, I think that this statement is absolute proof of "beyond the point of no return".

Thanks for the link. Great response to the squish GOPe. I don’t think she is endearing herself to Glenn Beck at this point.
