I read this before that they finally discovered that chocolate is actually good for you.

However, the authors stress that further studies are needed to test whether chocolate actually causes this reduction or if it can be explained by some other unmeasured (confounding) factor....

I finally found a study I would volunteer for.

It is not chocolates which reduce heart disease. It is giving chocolates to your sex partner which reduces heart disease. As we all know, sex is a good exercise and a wonderful stress reliever!
