On the other hand high ingestion of sugar in that chocolate will cause obesity and diabetes. MODERATION is the key word missing.
I’m not obese I watch my weight like a hawk, but have a digestive disorder, NO FIBER, diet is protein and carbs. So I have to do sugar readings every morning as Gastropresis usually ends not just with your bowels shutting down, but you turning into a Type 2 Diabetic and all the health issues it brings.
