This is the second such story to come out of Texas in the last few weeks. If this keeps up, watch the crime rate go down as well. Yes, there is a connection between an armed public and lower crime rates.

That's a heavy, full-sized and somewhat specialized 9mm pistol, and not one I'd expect to find being used for self defense in a smoke shop. Then again, this is Austin we are talking about. Keeping it unusual, if not exactly weird.

The cigarette cigarette smoke in his eyes may have affected his aim.
