The FBI wasn’t investigating Wiener for child sex abuse....the NY City cops were, and when they used the search and seizure paperwork, they took every computer in that apartment (to include his wife’s).

I think that NY City cops have cleared through all the hardware and found every single message and sitting on explosive information. So, here’s the end-play. It’s not a federal investigation at this point, and the local cops can take to a NY City judge and ask for a grand jury opinion on not just Wiener (he’s going to get dragged in for his behavior issues anyway)....but his wife for classified material and other things. But the judge could even drag Hillary into the grand jury business as well.

I think Comey is now stuck....he can’t control the NY City cops or the local court system. All he can do is ask for a copy of what the cops already have in their hands.

Wasn’t Hannity unbelievably on fire today? He was so passionate, going over all the crimes she’s committed, how sentencing would work if convicted, and just listing them all. Also Giuliani and Newt were discussing how many counts would be in her indictment. It’s insane that this person would be a candidate for President.

Hannity has been so right on. I love hearing him say what I am thinking, and be as upset about it as I am. I listened to a bit of Rush when the news came out and Rush just sounds all chortly like he is so pleased with himself over everything. Hannity laid it all out with the appropriate outrage but with the truth, the facts. It feels more like communication than entertainment and with corruption this serious, that is important for a radio show.
