One of my sisters was bitten by a squirrel when she was in high school. I don’t think that anything was done to catch the squirrel, because it would have been almost impossible to identify it.

Not to mock you or sister but your last line....
... I don’t think that anything was done to catch the squirrel, because it would have been almost impossible to identify it....immediate brought to mind a police line up of squirrels... just set me off laughing, cuz friday.
