Child abuse being, as I see it, the worst. The other things involve people polluting themselves by choice. This involves people polluting other people who never chose to be in that situation.
Yes, by the grace of God, children in that situation can later recover a life. But it isn’t easy, sometimes, and if the child is not typical, it can be worse. Raising a son or daughter is not training a dog.
We know it is Oakland California so it therefore doesn’t matter

I don’t know if I cast pearls where not welcome by saying this, but scheduling in the elect is child’s play to the Lord. It happened in John Knox era Scotland. It happened at the launch of the universal church. Just like, if you want a fire, you lay down fuel for it. If you want to show that something WON’T burn, you lay IT down and show that it won’t.
Oh, and I guess the election of Mike Pence isn’t any public venue, lol!

drug driven rave parties where highs and sex are free and rampant
The highs aren't free and the sex is practically nonexistent at rave parties due to the nature of their drug of choice, as I've explained. That doesn't mean they're virtuous, but it does mean that the raves aren't a place to pick up a sex partner. It's not like being drunk or stoned. They're pratically hypnotized by the music and just want to dance, maybe group hug while they're at it. Ask anyone who's been a part of that scene, they'll tell you the same thing.
They might have been drug riddled hippies but that doesn’t condemn them to death. That place was a death trap. I can only imagine the horror of the victims trying to find a way out in a dark smoke filled room packed with flammable clutter.
And the building next door never had anybody complain about the filched electricity.
