This is true, then everything I have written about waiting for the Michigan Supreme Court is not valid!!! I certainly hope you are right. The recount could halt immediately.

ALERT: Board of State Canvassers just deadlocked 2-2 on whether to adjourn today's hearing. Still waiting for federal judge's ruling.

...(so they didn't adjourn until voting 3:1 to stop the count after the Judge ruling)
