So guys, what's the over and under on Obama pardoning Hillary and/or Bill? Time is getting short. Then of course it may not be made public immediately.
Yes, he will and will include his own secret transgressions.
If there is a deal between the Clintons and Obama to pardon Hillary, then it is not surprising to see the Clintons terminating the Clinton Global Initiative now.
The Obama crew would have required this as a condition of a pardon.
The pardon may also extend to Bill and the underlings, and cover the secret server as well as the graft in the Clinton Foundation.
Clinton has repeatedly told us with contempt and arrogance that she did nothing wrong, as have all the democrats, so why pardon her?

If there is a deal it will require $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and an overseas bank account.
One working theory is that the ‘Clinton Foundation’ shut down to allow her to be pardoned, since any operations after the pardon would be a later crime...and thus subject her to prosecution under Trump.
...but we shall see.
I think he will pardon her ten minutes before the start of the inauguration ceremonies. He’s a drama queen and an attention whore.
It’s possible that Obama would secretly sign a pardon before the inauguration and deliver it to Hillary and Bill, but not publicly announce it.
It would be kept secret and only revealed if the Trump Administration tried to press charges against Hillary.
It doesn’t have to be made public to be valid.

Doesn’t matter. The Clinton scam is an ongoing criminal operation. Buckwheat can pardon the Clintons on Thursday, but the criminality continues on Friday. A pardon would require that Hillary and Bill give up all their gotten loot, but you, me and everyone else in the world knows that will never happen.

Bergdahl, then Hillary. This is because he needs CYA for his post-presidency. If either one of those goes down in court it’ll take a slice of Obama’s reputation with them.
Does this mean that the US is off the hook for the cost of changing his body parts?

As Deep Throat said, “follow the money”. If the Clintons fork over enough money to Obama, say $250 million or so, she’s off the hook.
