THey report that like it somehow makes him less credible, rather than being a perfect illustration of the problem.
He easily could have voted in those three states, he was registered. He could have done absentee ballots in two of them, said he lived in a parking lot.
Students are being pushed to do this at colleges, voting their college address in the college state while voting absentee at their parent’s house.
It might not be 3 million, but there are definitely a lot of people voting two or more times.
Not illegal.
Is it incumbent upon the voter to do this? I always thought that the registrar in the new precinct was supposed to inform the registrar in the old state.
Greg Phillips was registered in more than one state? Next you’ll be telling me John Smith is registered more than once, too!
ABC radio news just reported that he only voted in Alabama.
>>>ABC radio news just reported that he only voted in Alabama
His linked in account has him living in Texas as do several news articles.

Isn’t it amazing that the media actually can do research (even if it is sloppy) when they desire to do so...Wish they had done some for candidate Hillary or Obama :(
To be eligible to vote in Alabama, you must:
Be a U.S. citizen.
Be an Alabama resident.
The other two states should have removed him from the rolls. If he voted only in AL, he is clear of a violation. Ideally, AL would have notified the other state, and that state would have notified the other state.
No kidding?
Yes, as far as I understand it, it is not illegal in every state to be REGISTERED to vote in another state, while it remains illegal to vote more than once in an election. Some states in practice allow for a distinction between the two actions.
They are trying to make it sound like he is fraudulent. He was just demonstrating the ease of committing voter fraud.
Lord I hate the MSM.
That is exactly what I was going to say. Are they that stupid to not think this is a possibility? Don’t answer, I know.
Same with me!! Lived in two states but only voted in one.
So what. I bet he only voted in one at any one time.
>>>If he voted only in AL, he is clear of a violation.
Not if he is a resident of Texas, which he wold appear to be at this point.
Did he say why he voted in AL if he was a resident of Irving, TX?
