There have been numerous documentaries about Seal training. No secrets are revealed. Just enough to let you know that these guys are badass and you don’t want to mess with them.

Can I do it?

No; I'm blinder than a bat without my eyeglasses, never even thought about it. However, the Navy used me to crew an LST that landed Seal Six one time, so hey, everybody does what they can!

Every nations’ special forces focus on extreme physical training and team building. That’s just the basics.

What’s special is tactics, intelligence, communications, equipment, global reach, support network - the whole package. Those are the things kept secret.

After graduating from MCRD San Diego at 18, and shedding off the lack of physical training as a teen, maybe I could last, maybe. I knew how to push where before I did not.

But, I have never, ever, functioned well without plenty of sleep. That may be a genetic disqualifier. My upper body strength approaching 70 is far better than when I was a teen.
