I tend to get my news from a variety of different sources a lot of which I see linked here.
In your opinion what are the most reliable sources for factual news?
You’re looking at it.
freerepublic.com
Supplemented by the Drudge Report for Breaking News, that will most likely end up here.
Hannity
Conservativetreehouse.com
Here.
Drudge.
Breitbart.
Fark.
In that order.......................
Seriously, though, I have been enjoying YouTube videos in between freeping recently. For the last couple of months I have enjoyed discovering Hickok45 and Ranger UP/DamnFew and some others.
I recently discovered the libtards at Google/YouTube have advanced another notch in the libtard War on America by defunding the sites I enjoy. Frankly it pisses me off. I wold love to see JimRob expand into a “YouTube for Americans” that would give folks like the youtubers I enjoy a place to go. I know JimRob is not about “the business” but it is a facet of “The War” we need to respond to, IMHO.
Fox News is a good example of right wing propaganda. The are globalist cheap labor express hacks but they do get some things right and are not annoying. But they for the most part hate Trumps' Nationalist agenda.
I hit FR first when something breaks.
Drudge for overall quick summary.
And whatever MSM says - JUST THE OPPOSITE is most reliable.
Trust but verify and stock up on salt since just about everything out there is contradicted by another story, study, report. Some info requires 2 grains of salt. All the newsers were used to getting away with publishing things and not being questioned about their info. Now, wild west.
Can’t beat FR. FR members report and opine and I decide. Don’t really need to go anywhere else.
Thanks for all of the responses.
Mostly El Rushbo. Everything else has a high content of fake news in it.
FR just posts stories, of course, and isn’t a primary source of news.
However, I always come here to get my news because the COMMENTARY on those stories is better in FR than anywhere else on the internet.
And that’s not hyperbole.
That’s the simple truth.
FR is a forum for news and events. Commentary puts it together. While there is no one good source for news junkies FR is always a perfect jumping off point.
Anybody whop has Facebook, supposedly Facebook allows users to flag news stories as “Fake News” which means I will now (for the first time) be visiting the Facebook pages of NBC, cBS, CNN, msnbc, Good Morning America and PBS and doing my own flagging. Perhaps these Facebook accounts need some Freeping.
Also, we should be keeping our eyes on two sites to be sure they are not deep stating out President and that’s the Voice of America http://www.voanews.com/ and Radio Marti (in spanish) http://www.martinoticias.com/ .
