Good riddance. They should have fired his fat butt before he had a chance to resign, but I’m sure they gave him this option to remove legal issues and end the matter quickly.

Sadly, by resigning he now has the option to find work elsewhere.
And he’ll likely continue his behavior there as he learned nothing.
