Agree with everything you wrote
This move buries Kroger, WalMart, Costco, Target, Best Buy (and many others) all at once. They just don’t know it yet. The market does. Take a look. Bloodbath.
At first, sure. But that's not how it will be in 5 years. Massive distribution shift in the U.S.
I go to Whore Foods for the entertainment. It is a lot of fun.
Right. The only reason Whole Foods is still around is snob appeal from lib yuppies.
wf had no choice
I wonder how much money the US Post Office loses by providing bargain “delivery services” for Amazon?
Why should taxpayers subsidize Amazon’s profits?
Or the anti-American propaganda spewed by the WaPo?
I’ve ordered two Amazon Pantry boxes now. I like it and will use it more once I start incorporating it into my grocery shopping and not just testing the service.
I’ve also just started with Thrive and like their choices - cheaper than my local hippie store (we don’t have a Whole Foods or Trader Joes) and more choices than the grocery (which tries, but can’t do it all).
Some people may not get the idea of grocery shopping online, but for years I lived in Seattle w/o a car. On the east coast, I could shop and easily get a cab, but not in Seattle. I used the store’s online shopping to get food delivered. Worked great, so I don’t have a problem with it.
If I didn’t have to leave my house, I wouldn’t. : )
Could be OK.....”IF” THEY CUT THE USPS OUTTA THE ACT—WHO WOULD WANT THE MOST INEPT unORGANIZATION (gubmin) ON THE PLANET w/A HAND IB DELIVERING YOUR STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
