Multiple People Spot Dinosaur in North Carolina
Posted on Jul 10, 2017
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. A man from Mecklenburg County on Sunday said he saw a dinosaur-like creature.
35-year-old B.T., a salesman who provided a full name but asked to remain anonymous, told Cryptozoology News that he was at Lake Norman on a boat with his friends when the animal showed up on Saturday morning.
I was on a boat with my friends, he said. We where near the lakes main channel when we saw something splashing around in the water.
He described the alleged creature as a 10-feet-long dinosaur reminiscent of the mythical Loch Ness monster. He added that the animal was visible for about 1 minute before disappearing back into the water. There were no photographs or videos submitted with the report.
In 2016, a man from the same area reported seeing a reptilian being swimming at Lake Norman.
In 2015, a man claiming to be a park ranger told Cryptozoology News he had seen something that looked like a dinosaur eating a duck at the same lake.
Reports of lake monsters are rare.

If you want to be on the CRYPTO-ZOOLOGY PING LIST - Creatures greater than 100 meters in length, pm me.
This a is a very low volume ping list.

You can even get the children’s book at http://www.lakenormanmonster.com.
(I wish we had a simpler way of posting pictures here than having to upload them to a sharing website and linking to the URL - too much hassle.)

I saw some film years ago which was authentic and it really did look like “Nessie”.
Unfortunately, closer study proved it was a seal.

I suspect there really was a Loch Ness Monster but it probably died out 1000 or so years ago.

I hope that one day Nessie is found so they can do DNA testing to see if Nessie really was Jack The Ripper.

"Famous photo of the alleged "Loch Ness Monster" (Scotland)"
What most people don't know is that the true Loch Ness Monster researchers were overjoyed when "the Surgeon's photograph" was debunked because the image contradicts the bulk of the known "evidence" for Nessie's existence. The neck of the creature they believe is the true cause of all those sighting can't articulate in such a fashion, like a cobra rearing to strike.
So anyone who thinks that exposing that particular photo as a fraud was the death of the legend of Water Kelpie better think again.
I know because I've been there, twice. And I saw it, on my second visit, during a cruise of the loch, after about my eighth or 11th dram of a local concoction known as Tomatin. Which I suspect is a key ingredient in most of the sightings.
