The U.S. Army is telling women soldiers that they need to accept gender-confused, biological men in their showers, bathrooms, and barracks as part of a controversial policy to build “dignity and respect” for “transgender Soldiers.”
The guidance is part of the Pentagon’s new “transgender inclusion” agenda launched by Obama and gaining ground in the Armed Services. Social conservatives are mounting a counteroffensive to ditch the “trans” program altogether.
President Trump and the Pentagon have sent mixed signals on LGBT issues, with the DoD honoring gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender “pride” month in June even as Trump himself broke with Obama by not issue a homosexual “pride proclamation.”
In “Vignette 4” of an Army’s PowerPoint guidance, titled, “Policy on the Military Service of Transgender Soldiers Training Module, Tier 3: Units and Soldiers,” issued last September, it states the following regarding a hypothetical “transgender Soldier” who is “transitioning” to a new “gender”:
“Following her transition from male to female (which did not include sex reassignment surgery) and gender marker change in DEERS [the Army’s personnel system – Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System], a transgender Soldier begins using female barracks, bathroom, and shower facilities. Because she did not undergo a surgical change, the Soldier still has male genitalia.” The pro-transgender lesson then offers the following two points among six “Considerations and Responsibilities” required of Army personnel in such cases:
1-Understand that you may encounter individuals in barracks, bathrooms, or shower facilities with physical characteristics of the opposite sex despite having the same gender marker in DEERS.
2-All Soldiers should be respectful of the privacy and modesty concerns of others. However, transgender Soldiers are not required or expected to modify or adjust their behavior based on the fact that they do not “match” other Soldiers.

Hartzler Amendment to the NDAA: It already failed when the Senate refused to put it in their DoD funding bill and the House voted to agree with 24 Republicans joining every Democrat to approve spending tax dollars for military change of sex surgery and medical care. The House vote was 214-209 to agree with the Senate action. Neither Mattis or Trump has said one word in defense of morality or common sense approaches to this since the vote.
George Soros buddies, Jarred and Ivanka have Trump’s ear on social issues and Trump has not lifted a finger to roll back any of Obama’s horrible military experiments.

At this rate, there won’t be enough enlistees and the nation will have to go to a draft system. Both my parents were WWII Veterans. . .this is an insult to all who served. The armed services is not the place for social engineering.
This means that the armed forces are essentially forcing people to shower with other people who are sexually aroused by them.
And somehow, that's the "right" thing to do, and no harmful consequences will occur.
No it isn’t any crazier. Nor crazier than accepting legal abortion. What you have to realize is the timing of all this crap they pull is flawless. None of this cultural dog squeeze is ever imposed and then there is this huge political backlash resulting from the particular imposition, and it gets rolled back by whatever method. At least it doesn’t seem to happen so far.
There is reason no one pulled this particular crap in 1980. No one really wants to think about that reason.

I once heard a male and female soldier talking about the co-ed showers already in place for males and females in the army, and the male soldier said that he did not get randy, on account of the salt peter or other substance in his food. This was an overheard conversation on the subway years ago, during Clinton/Gore or Bush/Cheney. Was this some sort of experiment done with a limited number of people? What is the current practice?
