I don’t know about that unless it’s a horse syringe. My Weedeater is 25cc/ml displacement and if you look at the piston size it is a whole bunch bigger than a normal syringe.

Engine displacement depends on both the bore and stroke. A large diameter piston can have a modest displacement depending on the stroke.
