The highest I ever saw, IIRC, was something like 635k...............

Once I got the 580 I needed to play the game, I was good. :)

It’s funny the stuff you do that ends up being a great learning experience, and the motivation that led to it.

Those were the days. I remember using HIMEM and assorted other tricks to clear up memory.

I learned a heck of a lot fiddling with DOS and the earliest Windows.
