There’s appears to be a new sheriff in town.
Amid the constant political news coming from President Donald Trump’s White House — much of which is unfavorable to the president — leading MSNBC network anchor Rachel Maddow has found herself dominating her competition.
For the month of July, Maddow handedly defeated her competition each night she was on TV in overall ratings, save for three nights: twice at the beginning of July when Fox News host Tucker Carlson bested her and on July 11 when Fox host Sean Hannity topped her by just a few thousand viewers. That night, Hannity’s ratings were boosted by an interview with Donald Trump Jr.
Many nights, Maddow’s competition wasn’t even close to her. For example, on July 21, Maddow pulled 2.94 million viewers while her closest competitor, Carlson, pulled just 2.2 million. Or like on July 20 when Maddow pulled more than 3 million viewers and her closest competition, Hannity, pulled just 2.27 million viewers.

I’ve seen an article about Maddow’s “skyrocketing ratings” at least one a month since November 9th. I wouldn’t put much stock in this.
They just took the phony and illegal votes they found making cankles the popular vote (now, legitimately the second place ... HAH !) ... and gave them to madcow .... remember .... NEVER let a vote go to waste ... it’s good for SOMETHING !
Just gives you an idea of how many nursing homes there are in this country.
If it’s true, it’s likely all of the disenchanted Hillary voters looking for an echo chamber.
Admit it, folks, you all know you listen to Rush, Hannity, and watch FoxNews to feel better about things when Dems are in charge. I know I do. Since Trump’s been in office, I’ve stopped participating in most conservative media.

Tucker at 8pm needs to stop the debates with Left Wing Nuts and Pin Heads. He might win the debate, but they get to spew their annoying talking points. No one is swayed to either side and it makes me turn off the TV. I don’t want to hear that stuff or I would put on CNN or MSNBC. Lose-Lose situation for Tucker.
The FIVE is un-watchable w/ Juan Williams, so I am long gone before Hannity comes on who I actually like a lot. 10pm is way too late for me.
Is it that her viewer numbers have gone up? Or have they remained consistent and the viewers for Carlson and Hannity have plummeted due to all the disorder at Fox?

Fox News ranked No. 1 across cable in total day viewers for the 13th straight month, per Nielsen. Additionally, FNC was No. 1 in the month of July in total prime time viewers, and has now defeated rivals CNN and MSNBC in total prime time viewers for 187 straight months.
FNC finished runner up to MSNBC in the weekday prime time demo, but finished ahead of MSNBC if one takes the total calendar week into consideration. Fox News airs original programming during Saturday and Sunday prime, while MSNBC airs re-runs.
