My 99 Avalon was at 257k when it got totaled last Memorial Day weekend; the tranny was still shifting smoothly. No leaks or any other issues. That plant in Kentucky put out some damn good cars IMHO.

The new Corrola is nice, but I was happy lol. No monthly payments.

Except I wasn't the one who posted this. I actually think that government "workers" are beyond rich. The ones I know have more money and benefits than I do, and I'm not hurtin'.

Except you looked like a really thoughtful person who would reply with an opinion of which I completely agree.

They are beyond rich. They not only receive salaries and benefits that far exceed the median income, in retirement many have the same or even a higher retirement income.
