She was hardly innocent but obviously had NO idea that she’d be lucky to escape with her life.
My sister met BJ at an event early in his presidency and said he came across as very warm, very magnetic. She almost gave him her card..but did not, thank God! Al Gore was there also and someone took a photo of the two of them oogling her. Two predators searching for young girls to use and spit out.
Monica was not an innocent party. However, when everything was said and done, her boss got away with his exploitation of her, and she got a bad name for life, having the dubious acclaim of having her last name turned into a sex act. No matter what she does with her life, that huge mistake she made as a young adult overshadows it. Meanwhile Bill Clinton has been able to live his life without constantly being reminded of his sexual exploitation of her.

I agree with you. When you’ve been in that situation as a young girl, you honestly think that is the way the world works and that every two people in a room are having sex, pretty much. That is what I thought, growing up. I had to learn reality because mine wasn’t normal.
I am ok considering her a victim. She sacrificed her entire life and reputation and name, and I don’t think she was mature enough to make that sacrifice. Even if she was an adult.
