Thanks, Monica. I am one Freeper who ALWAYS sympathized with you, thought you were cool, cute, and understood you for who you were: a pretty cool gal, obviously a Democrat like most college-aged kids are, and who was eaten alive by a commie miss priss and his wife.
She was 21 at the time but it should not be forgotten that she was an intern. An intern in most situations is a person who like a student is in a subservient , powerless position to learn or gain practical experience. His or her professional future may depend on how he or she is evaluated and performs. In the business world or even academia, any mentor who enters a sexual relationship with an intern is not only acting unethically but would be dismissed. The intern would usually have a good legal case as well against the mentor. Bill Clinton got off very easy.
I am glad that most 21-22 year old young women aren’t held accountable ofor their stupidity. She was in love wth BJ Clinton. Democrats only care about harassment if the target is a Republican. When asked about BJ Clinton and his behavior, Anita Hill answered ‘well you really have to consider his voting record’. Harassment only goes one way. And I suspect if asked, Lewinsky would say that her harrasser wasn’t BJ, but someone else.
Somehow I don’t think sleeping with your married, high school drama teacher, or flashing your thong at the President is considered being sexually harassed.
I think it’s automatic when the boss does it with an intern.
I remember a Baba Wawa interview with Monica. Monica straight up said she chased BJ, teased him and called it a “dance”. She said it was her idea for BJ to use the cigar tube on her.
