People live long lives because their genetic code lets them. Others live short lives due to fragile genes. Your fate is pretty much determined at conception.
Genes are 80% of it, but smart choices and excellent medical care make up the other 20%. If your genes should decree a death at, say, 50, wouldn’t you do what you could to add another decade?
