I actually recommend creating Fire Cider with apple cider vinegar as a base. Needs to ferment for a month or so. A shot a day is good. Very tasty, IMO and apparently a good health tonic.

I take 1 tablespoon a day and it keeps me regular. I drink water immediately and that washes away the sour taste. i don’t ad sugar to anything. I am type 2.

Fire cider, is that the one with the garlic, onion, horseradish and ginger?

If so, it is pretty good on a salad.
