On October 28, someone calling themselves Q began posting a series of cryptic messages in a /pol/ thread titled “Calm Before the Storm” (assumedly in reference to that creepy Trump quote from early October). Q claimed to be a high-level government insider with Q clearance (hence the name) tasked with posting intel drops — which he, for some reason, called “crumbs” — straight to 4chan in order to covertly inform the public about POTUS’s master plan to stage a countercoup against members of the deep state. It was, in short, absolutely insane. However, thanks to some rather forced coincidences — like Q kind of, sort of guessing that Trump would tweet the word “small” on Small Business Saturday, and this one time the internet decided that Q was “totally on Air Force One” because he posted a blurry picture of some islands while Trump was on his trip to Asia — and a whole heck of a lot of wishful thinking, people believed he was the real deal.

So he kept talking.

That “The Storm” — of arrests, political turmoil, and Republican vindication — is coming. Though there have been some, uh, miscalculations as for exactly when......
For example, take this “crumb” left by Q on November 1: it didn’t happen.

Over the last month and a half, the Storm has spread from the depths of 4chan and 8chan to Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter, where it’s found hundreds of thousands of devout followers. Some of the most popular explainer videos boast nearly 200,000 views, and the QAnon hashtag has gotten so popular, it’s honestly difficult to track.

Reddit shut down the conspiracy’s designated sub, Twitter suspended some of the movement’s most vocal supporters, and the whole thing was debunked time and time again by the press. But it’s more evident now than ever that this was merely a Band-Aid, not a cure. And now, here we are a year later with the same thing. Sure, it’s a bit bigger and a whole lot less focused, but at its core, it’s the same.

So, basically the entire rebuttal to Q consists of;

It was, in short, absolutely insane.

I understand the lefties are desperate to debunk Q. It's very Clintonesque, if you ask me.

Ah, I see you are here to run interference. It’s like you’ve never posted to justa-hairyape before. You’ll find you won’t be able to defeat him in a battle of wits, especially not with the quality of noise you are posting. I have no idea where he stands re Q but I recall posting on the same threads with him and recognized that he’ll not be “influenced” by your type of info. But, knock yourself out.

The MSM is not our friend and Reddit was getting trolled so bad that it shut down some threads. But I see you are busy here, trying to mislead so I’ll just let you get right back at it.

You argue against yourself. The fact that Reddit and Twitter have shit down the conspiracy/subs/ is evidence in support of Q. Reddit and Twitter have been exposed as Democratic owned, Democratic run and willing pawns of the Democratic narrative. Project Veritas just busted Twitter last week for banning conservatives, actually doxxing conservatives to their employers, etc. if Twitter tells me Q is fake then I believe is Q is more real than ever.

BTW, you left out that the 8chan board owners believe Q is real and have an interview affirming that, with tremendous evidence through the various means they used to determine Q is bonafide

Everyone watching Q is aware of the need to be cautious and Q has been proven out more often in ways that are truly fascinating, he also says there is some disinformation spread in to the posts that are necessary. Do not click on links if you are not interested. You have something in a post tonight you can prove wrong, lay it out there we are interested.

I have been reading Freerepublic since the late 90's. This is the place on the internet that used to do the digging and finding of truth....I am coming less and less because of people trying to shut down fact finding when it leads to rinos or deep state trouble. I am getting very tired of that here, it truly saddens me. Q is nothing more that fact finding at its purist. Many of the hints and questions thrown out, you can not even figure out until news happens a few days later. As of last night, the cat is out of the bag because if the Congress does not release the memo, Trump will let the cry build up and then have it released. People are going to prison....this was a coup against a sitting US President.
