I was watching that one a few weeks ago LOL.
OH MY I had completely forgotten about Duke Ellington absolutely one of the GREATS such a shame this generation has NOT looked back to their musical roots it is so AMAZING that the generation of black citizens that ACTUALLY LIVED the segregation in this country NEVER had the HATE WHITEY attitude!!! The white citizens in this country LOVED their musical talent and the true gifts given to us as we grew up!!!! NOW the HATE they spew is in the music NONE of us can stand to listen to AND they NEVER actually LIVED through the turmoil themselves GO FIGURE!!!!

Every time I hear rap music with vulgar lyrics, usually while being held captive at stop lights, I am so very thankful for having grown up with the 50’s/60’s music.
