Obama & Rice Asked Brits to Spy on Trump
Youtube ^ | Published on Feb 14, 2018 | The Still Report

Synopsis:

This is certainly one of THE most important stories I've ever done. Within the last hour we received what appears to be an official British TOP SECRET signals intelligence document dated Nov. 17, 2016, showing that President Obama and his National Security Advisor, Susan Rice were the ones who first requested electronic spying on the candidate Donald Trump, just 7 days after Trump won the Republican nomination in late August, 2016.

The secret document, which has no redactions, was sent by Robert Hannigan, the Director of GCHQ, to Boris Johnson, the British Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs.

It is a request for a 90-day renewal of an electronic spying program which had been running since Sept. 15, 2016.

Even the exact location of the Trump Transition team was spelled out - Trump Tower, 725 5th Ave., New York, NY, the 5th and the 26th floors.

The spying project was called FULSOME. It was originally requested by Obama and Rice on Aug. 28, 2016:

"On 28 August 2016, GCHQ/CSO filed for permission to execute Project FULSOME at the request of the US President, seeking intelligence gathering into the Trump Organization and Donald J. Trump for President, Inc."

It was designed to run for 90 days, however surprise - despite bugging two floors of Trump Tower for the last 55 days of the Presidential campaign, and delivering all that intelligence up to Obama and Rice - and you can bet it went straight to the Clinton campaign as well, Trump won by a direct miracle of God.

This takes the focus off of Hillary ad her crowd so it’s a clear indication that the powers that be, Soros in particular, have decided throwing Obama under the bus rather than throwing the Clinton machine under the bus costs them less and puts fewer of the insiders at risk.

Interesting thoughts. I wouldn’t have thought so because the Clintons themselves are so weakened in several ways. Obama’s people, even if less competent in some ways, are still pretty strong and their weakest links are more hidden.

I had to look that up about the “Top Secret” - below is from Wiki - changes were recently made (in 2014?)”

“Like the Protective Marking Scheme which it superseded, the GSCP classifications are applied only to the Confidentiality of the data under classification.

TOP SECRET
Information marked as TOP SECRET is that whose release is liable to cause considerable loss of life, international diplomatic incidents, or severely impact ongoing intelligence operations. Disclosure of such information is assumed to be above the threshold for Official Secrets Act prosecution.”

Not to say that alone makes this document real.

The Clinton faction has dirt on criminals both foreign and domestic going back to the early nineties. Barry was allowed to run amok domestically but as long as he was flattered and could pontificate on hoops he was happy and not curious by nature. He thought in terms of tearing down America, the Clintons have been thinking, planning, and working, towards Global goals since Clinton first hit the Whitehouse.

Which faction do you think is really going to be protected when push comes to shove?

And most of the Democrats are TOTALLY O.K. with the sedition and treason of Obama and Hillary. They're all for it.

Ya can't make this stuff up. And you wouldn't want to.

See #40,...President Trump made the accusatioin,, and it generated the Telegraph article....

Not sure what he based that on!

And I don't know what Bill Still based his statement on...perhaps it was the document linked at post #38. If it is and is forged,...then things get really interesting would you not say! So why are we discussing his credability?

the GCHQ link in reports on Robert Hannigan’s MIT speech is broken, but here’s the cached version - no mention of Russia, which only becomes his obsession (reference his Wikipedia page posted earlier) after he quits, Trump is President & the RussiaRussiaRussia meme has begun.

(cached) GCHQ: Director Robert Hannigan dispels myths about encryption in MIT speech
Last Updated: 07 Mar 2016
In a speech entitled “Front doors and strong locks: encryption, privacy and intelligence-gathering in the digital era” Director GCHQ shares his thoughts about this pivotal topic with an influential audience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

News article - 07 Mar 2016
Robert Hannigan spoke at MIT on 7 March about encryption, privacy and intelligence-gathering. In his speech he highlighted GCHQ’s support for the development of strong encryption, explored its moral dimension, and explained GCHQ’s support for the development of a constructive understanding among all who have a stake in the Internet.

To illustrate GCHQ’s role in the development of strong encryption,GCHQ are making available two papers published internally in 1970 by James Ellis on non-secure digital and analogue encryption. The digital paper is a key document in the development of public key cryptography; the analogue paper highlights thinking which was not really taken further at the time, but which is intriguing today.

Robert Hannigan made the point that public key cryptography and its development have completely transformed the way that people can interact securely: it is impossible to imagine today’s Internet without it. He spoke with pride of James Ellis’s contribution, but also paid tribute to work done by other great people inside and outside GCHQ, discussing the sheer boldness of the concept that reversed centuries of assumptions about how communications could be protected. He drew hope from this, and suggested that their achievement gives hope that current difficulties can be overcome, and that government agencies, the technological industry, and the users of the Internet all have a place in this discussion.

MIT: Internet Policy Research Initiative: Event: Robert Hannigan – GCHQ (UK) 7 March 2016
IPRI hosted Robert Hannigan, the head of the British intelligence agency GCHQ, at MIT in March 2016. He met for most of the day with researchers and then gave a public speech to a group of about 150 people on campus. He spoke at length about encryption and the IPRI Keys Under Doormats report. He said he hopes technology companies and academic researchers will find ways to let government investigators get into encrypted devices without creating broad “back doors” that undermine computer security. He also spoke of how law enforcement and intelligence officials want only targeted ways to stop what he called “abuse of encryption” by ISIS and other terrorists and criminals. “It should be possible for technical experts to sit down together and work out solutions,” he said. “I am not in favor of banning encryption. Nor am I asking for mandatory back doors. … Not everything is a back door, still less a door which can be exploited outside a legal framework.”

This has circulated for months now. I can’t believe “Still” is just now seeing this. Also, the “document”, when you find it, has obvious errors, not the least of which is that it does not refer to former MI6 Christopher Steele, but rather former MI5 agent Michael Steele.
Anyway, old fake news spams the “Still Report”.
_____________________
Who knows for sure, but the Brits have an MI5 (domestic intelligence) and MI6 (foreign intelligence). Who knows if Steele worked in only one of those British agencies. The use of the term “Top Secret” is likewise not proof in my mind that the doc. is false.

“Governments have been using each other for intel...”

Yes they have. In the early, pre-FISA days, it was called ECHELON and it’s been around for years. ECHELON was one of the programs for which FIVE EYES (US, Canada, Australia, Great Britain and New Zealand) was created.

Now the Intelligence Community has its own domestically-focused electronic surveillance program called STELLAR WIND, which is what the Bureau and others (as we’ll see in the coming weeks and months) accessed via “about queries” and unmasking requests.

This isn’t close to being over and we haven’t gotten to the good parts...

MSM went bonkers.

-britain-white-house-accuses-gchq-wiretapping/

do we get our apology back ?

Mr Spicer had earlier repeated claims that Mr Obama used GCHQ to spy on Mr Trump before he became president.

"He’s able to get it and there’s no American fingerprints on it," Mr Spicer said of the intelligence supposedly provided to Mr Obama by Britain.

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command – he didn't use the NSA, he didn't use the CIA, he didn't use the FBI and he didn't use the Department of Justice – he used GCHQ."

The biggest problem with the "letter" is the spoil date on the thing. It expired ages ago and is stale and has mold all over it. This simply isn't news.

Speculating, I think this letter is what got Judge Napolitano suspended when he apparently did not properly source his story about the Brits doing the wiretapping. The point is, that is how old this is, about a year old now.

How does Bill Still just now get punked on this? Doesn't he exist at all on the internet? The rest of us were punked ages ago.
